At GIVA Sri Lanka, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a flexible 7-day return and exchange policy for all eligible retail items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.

  Package the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

  Return Shipping

  Send the item back to our central processing hub in Colombo using a tracked courier service or visit any GIVA outlet.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
